BSU091615

Hello stampers,
I so need to find the fun in stamping again, I just keep dragging my feet & I have so many things to do that pertain to stamping. What do you do when you've lost that stamping feeling? Ok, now I have the Righteous Brothers song in my head.
For this week's BSU challenge it's all about the color combo- precisely Mossy Meadow, Lost Lagoon, Whisper White, Crumb Cake & Early Espresso, thanks to the help of My Create Ink & the search button, this is what we came up with. EEKS! The only idea that came to mind was it had to be a masculine card with those colors.
Alrighty, so this is what I came up with! For the stamped background I used World Map Stamp in Early Espresso Ink & the Watercolor Wash Stamp in Lost Lagoon Ink, which were both stamped onto Whisper White Card Stock, then it was layered onto Mossy Meadow & Crumb Cake Card Stock. The next stamped image, I used the ship from the Traveler Stamp Set in Mossy Meadow, then took what ink was left on the Watercolor Wash Stamp to make the water, this was also layered with Mossy Meadow & Crumb Cake Card Stock. Lastly I used, a sentiment from the Guy Greetings Stamp Set, stamped it in Lost Lagoon Ink onto Crumb Cake Card Stock then used the Banner Punch for the ends & attached it to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
So before you go, remember to head over to my challenge buddy Carol's blog to see what she did this week, I'm sure it will be amazing.
