VC Rocks Blog Hop 2014 #2

Hello stampers!
Hope your weekend is off to a great start! You're in for a treat this weekend as VC Rocks is having its 2nd hop of the season, the theme this time around is Rockin' your Creativity with Stampin' Up! Punches or Stampin' Up! Dies. When you are done here you can head to the VC Rocks! Blog and see who else of our group participated ( I hear we have 13 other wonderful projects floating out there!)
With my card I decided to try an interlocking gate fold card using some of the framelit dies. I'm sure you can use any of our framelits to make this card but I chose the Labels Collection for mine.
Here is the card closed & by looking at it you would never suspect how it really opens, unless of course you've seen this card before.

As you can see, the green & white part are attached to either side of the card allowing the Label Collection pieces to interlock with each other. This effect is achieved by using by using 1 size larger than your main piece.

~EnjoyAll supplies are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted.

Sets: Serene Silhouettes, Work of Art, Positively Chevron
Ink/Markers: Pacific Point, Garden Green
Paper: Whisper White, Pacific Point, Garden Green
Other: Label Collection Framelits
Technique: Die Cutting
